Is there a difference?
I believe the is.....
Friends withe benefits, the friendship is the priority and with Fuck Buddies it is just for the booty call!

I prefer FwB's to be honest; I'm not into FBs and 'Fuck N Go'.
The (potential) downside is that there is always the danger that if the benefits end, that it forever alters the friendship - or worse, kills it. It's sometimes a fine line between love and friendship when sex is involved.
Love is a best friendship set alight by passion.

I've always used fuck buddy for regular meets. Friends with benefits sounds a bit silly to me. Doesn't mean I was any less friendly with them. In fact I bought one of them make up one year for Christmas for his alter ego and showed him how to put it on. |

It's the friendship bit that seems so hard for some - it struck me the other day that most men on a site like this only communicate when they are physically aroused and looking to meet! They are strangely struck dumb at other times....

We couldn't decide what we were so we are partners in perversion.. exactly as the name suggests...

It is great when there are no feelings and neither wants a relationship just really good friendship with the fun thrown in! I would walk away if feelings started by either too  |

You have to be careful in that situation as not to smother the other person and make them feel they can't meet other instead of them feeling they don't want to meet others...sometimes you have to let it go with the flow and if they choose to meet others not to punish them for doing so.... |

Of course. I have been in one exclusive deal on here which was very much instigated by the guy from the outset - I found him engaging and satisfying so was happy to oblige. I can find people very likable without considering them real relationship material - potentials for that are VERY few and far between for me, but the boundaries of sexual friendships can be very fluid. I have no hangups about the word relationship like some people seem to have. |

I think guys and gals see it differently. Girls like fwb guys like fbs thats my experiance. Had a fwb it recently ended (he was posted) and had one last year too. I found i thought more about the friendship and there feelings than they did mine. Perhaps because I've not met the right fwb as yet, im not a wham bam type of girl i preffer pink n fluffy to get me in the mood. Mind you had fun with them both but have huge regrets about one too. |
