Lost my dad

My dear old dad died yesterday and I feel lost. I don't know why I am telling you all, but it makes me feel better in a really strange way. I think it's time for some changes in my life, so will be leaving here tonight...

Sorry for your loss, it's never easy when you loose someone close. Sometimes talking to a stranger can help. Especially someone who has gone through the same...

my dad died suddenly in October so I understand completely I found the good peeps on here such a help when it happened so please stay

The death of someone close always makes me reassess my life and make changes. It's a coping mechanism. It's an opportunity in amongst all the grief to see what's important to you and what is not.
