I'm on s leave .
Go with classics,
Toothache and waiting on call back from dentist, but so painfull you had to take high powered drugs so not safe to drive or operate machinery ..
Bad tummy. Can't be more than two foot from a loo and bucket.. Helps if you make the call from the bathroom and flush and make the right noises

A blood test came back and there was an irregularity! So you need to have more done
.
You have head lice and are to ashamed to come to work
Your sisters dog got hit by a truck and you need to sit with her while the vet operates.
You got a call from the sperm bank and they need an emergency deposit.
Umm will think of some more |

I'm a fucking model employee!
I could hsve legitimately bunkered off today and got a docs note to prove it too.
But I got up braved the shitty hayfever and went.
