Would you put your real name on a site like this? and if you do, is it a turn off if someone else you want to meet turned out that they dont give their real name in here?  |

Yes because im easily confused and ignored people when they called me by the name I chose to call myself
If someone tells me their name im not offended if they tell me at a later date their real name,just don't expect me to change what ive been calling you previously  |

Most know my first name, a few who are on my facebook will know my second name.
if they wanna stalk me or pinch my identity they can crack on, but i own fuck all and my credit history is shite lol |

I use my own name despite having had a work alias for many years that I would still answer too!! Can't say it bothers me if people don't use their real name though. It is odd though when you've known someone by another name for some time then find out it's not real. I do try and call them their real name but in my head and phone they're still their alias!  |

I've got this vision of everything in the bar stopping, time slowing down, pool balls tottering on the edge of a pocket, the Guinness in mid air as everyone turns around to stare at Sassy and the poor guy (I'm assuming it is a guy) is left there thinking, 'she is HOT! i dont see giving your names out to people you wish to meet as a huge drama ..did meet one guy id been chatting with for along time who had told me his name ..on meeting he told me to call him by his real name that he dropped on me there and then ...it was very confusing ! |

We use our real names. I mean, we got face pics up in public gallery anyway so I don't think changing our names would mean anything...."ooo, I know them, hang on, no, can't be, they're George and Edna". Wouldn't bother us though if someone didn't use they're real names though. X |

I think most people know my real first name, a couple know my last name but it won't bring anything interesting up on Google and I have nothing to steal
If they give me a fake name, then tell me their real name later I will still use the fake one.

The name on my profile is the version of my real name I`m normally known as and prefer to be called. I`m known as Jim or Jimmer at w*rk although one guy reffered to me as Wurzel which was OK. |

I use my real name but don't display it... can be a filter for the returning profiles who claim they know me but don't use my name. I've had a few switch to their real name on me, sometimes after months of meeting and it confuses my little brain so I tend to either avoid using names altogether or call everyone the dreaded 'hun' so I don't risk getting it wrong |

Its not a secret that I'm not called Ruby! I've always used Ruby as my swinging name... However my OH needs to get it into his head that I answer to Ruby at socials after spending our time at Xtasia a few weeks ago introducing me by my real name!! He uses his real name. |

Of Greek decent I assume then? I have family on the greek side in Manchester, and the orthadox church there is where I used to go when I was a kid....will probably be there at easter in fact, just to catch up with the family....
