First student rental property that I lived in, we found a carrier bag containing used feminine hygiene products shoved down between the chest of drawers and the wall, my mate opened it and puked.

We assumed that because it was the downstairs bedroom, the dirty slattern could not be bothered walking upstairs to the bathroom.

I helped a friend move flats and we found crack pipes and paraphernalia in the kitchen cupboards.

Was really funny, the neighbours were really cautious for a couple of weeks then they couldn't do enough to help her! Turns our the previous tenants had been a succession of druggies who played music late and had dealers and druggie friends turning up at all hours.

Have been having a new kitchen fitted in my house, the cable for the cooker socket ran round behind the sink and when I removed the tiles, I had to leave one section for the kitchen fitter to deal with as some cable for two sockets was stuck to the tiles

Oh yes and I've a lounge/diner with two lights; the bulb for one doesn't last more than 6 months, and a socket blows all the electric downstairs
