Sorry that has happened to you. I guess it's part of being on this site. Some people like to mess people around or maybe nerves got the better of her. Either way you've been let down and have a hotel room going to waste. Not nice. |

Hotel is near Ascot/Bracknell for next Tuesday, 22nd.
Good idea twinkletoes, I will post a meet and see what happens.
Pity, she looked and sounded lovely and I am so in need of a pussy to ride my tongue for a few hours! |

I hope you can either put the room to good use or be able to cancel it without losing any money
You are right, people can behave very strangely on here at times |

I never book a room until the person has arrived at the hotel, it's easy to just walk up and pay these days |

Her profile has vanished from the site now. ... Lesson learned.
The hotel has a cancel before 12 on day no charge rule so I will see if I can meet up with those I have met with before and if not cancel on the day.
Strange place indeed.

If I ever meet in a hotel specifically I meet in the bar then go halves if they show. I generally only do hotel meets now if I'm staying in one for another reason. |

If you book a meet for a hotel with someone you've never met I think you have to accept it's a calculated risk.
Maybe you said something that put her off. Maybe she read a forum post that made het feel you weren't for her after all. Maybe she decided that swinging wasn't for her... who knows? |

To be honest, just let it go..
The closest Ive been to this situation is at the point of exchanging numbers with a lady, she didn't bother any further, I thought this rather odd but left it alone.
But to be blocked for doing nothing wrong is indeed downright rude.
An explanation would have be nice, I don't thinks it's worth chasing tho.

"It does leave me slightly bemused the suggestions that ot was a bloke, men really do get blamed for everything..."
They do.
But let's be realistic. Nobody knows the details of the profile in question, whether it was verified, new, had pics (that weren't 'borrowed') or - as I questioned earlier - whether any actual real conversation occurred via phone to confirm gender.
It wouldn't be the first case of 'Martha' really being 'Arthur' now would it.
At the end of the day if all common sense failsafes have been employed and someone gets stood up - they deserve sympathy.
If not - then they must share some of the blame for the outcome (or lack of!) themselves!!

Quite a few men have told me similar stories, booking hotels then they dont turn up, sometimes they just like winding people up. Men, women and couples too. |

It's the nature of the swinging game I guess, that's why I don't do random meets and get to know someone before hand...I've never really been let down and on the one occasion I was I put it down to experience and moved on... |

.......... and maybe that is why "some" people have no pressure social meet before going to all that trouble.....
too many people think with their nether regions at times to go thru basic common sense checks and balances.... |
