Ive been so lazy and got fish n chips from the chippy... then we sat by the river and enjoyed them, with a walk back to burn off the badness...

but so say fish n chips have less calories than a pizza.

I don't know what mine was as I just put in a teaspoon of this and that , I was well impressed with my first attempt

not gonna beat myself up too much about it as only had a tin of carrot n coriander soup for lunch (less that 200 cal) and doubt my dinner was over 2000 cal (i hope)

Weight watchers Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Rice.... very nice but could eat double the portion lol!

Oh balls I've just put too much cayenne pepper in the prawn rice dish I was making ~ mouth is on fire..!!!!

I've added lime juice to try and neutralise it but it's not helped ~ any ideas before I bin it...??
