Does this ring any bells anyone ? Have any of you seen a prompt whilst using this site ?

To the tune of whilst reading a thread/profile and normally during dragging a page down '(Username) has been given superuser rights'.

Its not a perk poss a bug and the rig.hts seem to be in favour of the random member who we are browsing at the time the pop up shows. Weird. Gonna have to try a screenshot if im quick enough the next time it happens

superuser is the Unix/Linux/Android equivalent of the Windows System Administrator so doubt it's to do with membership levels on Fab.

Only available to platinum members, I know they are not supposed to talk about it. Especially in the open forums. They might PM you about it

Then again, they might not

"So what does it mean Tricky ?"

It means they can do anything they like on the computer system, Unix users often refer to the superuser as God because of all the power they wield.

You might just get grabbed off the street, bundled in to a van and wake up on the floor of a cell in a disused military base in Eastern Europe.

That will teach you to be more careful what you talk about

Admin deny knowing anything about it. They asked me to send a screenshot. It had better not be a perk whereby all pics can be viewed its bad enough the site being insecure.

O o O oo

People are winding you up on this thread about platinum etc..there is no such thing and no such thing as a super user.

Admin were trying to help you on the other thread by asking to see what you are seeing...maybe send them the screenshot
