I have been with Orange/EE for years but have been told of yet another price increase for their shit service.
I keep hearing people mentioning GiffGaff, my Orange contract ends in Sept so have a while to wait but I'm looking into new providers now.
GiffGaff seem to be the cheapest and cheaper than my current contract and over 18 months, even with a new phone (I would love to say I don't need a new phone but my current one is now suffering battery problems etc)
What is the GiffGaff service like? |

I am tempted to do it now lol and tell Orange/EE where to stick their contract.
As for phones, I currently have a Sony Xperia S but keep looking at Samsung S4 mini.
I like a phone with a decent camera on it. |

Ah, O2 gives the better signal where I need it most round here as my friend is with O2.
Orange was fine until they became EE, should be NN nothing nowhere as I can't even get a signal to make calls at the farm anymore and drop signal randomly too. |

Never had any hassles with EE at all or in the past when they were Orange either. |

"Right, it will cost me £128 to end my Orange contract early so I'm going to have to wait
Unless I'm naughty and just don't pay them and get cut off "

Was on o2 for years and refused to swap as was so cheap. About a year ago I decided to go to giffgaff and pay £12 a month. No contracts unlimired data 250 mins (not 300 as thats a special offerbi believe) unllimited any network work texts and free calls and texts to giffgaff customers for 3 months. Not to mention can put added credit on as well if u want and can set it up to auto pay so dont need to remember to top it up each month. Only slight annoyance is if u ever have a problem its a nightmare to talk to any form of customer service. But id say switch now and never look back |

Any way you can change your contract to the cheapest tariff or even ask them to switch to PAYG (and then never use it)? |
