as for us, we had the carpet man come yesterday so couldn't go shopping (what a relief) but K tells me we have to go soon. Who was it that ever approved the shops opening on the day of rest? must have been a flammin female politician!!!! |

I was working in Aberdeen during the week and all seen was Jimmy Ghungs restaurants. Seen one on Union Street and others round the outskirts of the City centre.
Are those restaurants run by a local businessman as i have not seen them anywhere else? |

I'm on the Stella, and I'm watching the football on SKY. Having a quiet night in tonight with 'er indoors, with a few glasses of wine and a film or two. Super Sunday indeed!

Think there's one in Inverness too, Union St. as it so happens. Had a meal in The Aberdeen Union St. one but wasn't over impressed, the foods under those heat lamp things!! |

Oooh, get you with your knowledge of all this salle de bains!
I know women, in fact I'm a bit pof an expert. There is no such thing as just a toilet seat. There are wooden, plastic, ones with sea shells. And none with hydraulic push down lids, hence me getting rollockings daily...

K wanted one with seashells or dolphins but common sense prevailed (me) that they wouldn't go with the new flooring so we got a white plastic one .......... and it was 10 quid less that the 'fancy' ones |

We've had my eldest Goddaughter to stay this weekend (belated birthday treat) and we took her home today so my day was mainly spent on the motorway to and from Telford.
We got stuck on the M40 on the way home as there was a 3 vehicle accident. By the looks of what was left as we passed it was a real bad one too
I'm now cooking some dinner and I think we'll then flake out on the sofa with some chocolate cake later. |
