well, my first ever marathon.
4 hrs 22 mins
im fucked!
im never watching it ever again, my arse is numb
on a serious note...well done to all who really took part, kinda makes a middle aged guy who doesn't run unless it involves making the bar at closing time wish he could do it  |

Great effort, massive well done to all who took part or volunteered! Never quite got round to signing up, only ever done half marathons!
And Mo looked quite good considering it was his debut run! |

he did, not that the commentators would agree, they were being right arses saying he shouldn't have bothered, and then the post run inter_iew guy said maybe he should stick to the 10,000m I'm surprised Mo didn't lamp him one. |
