The body shop do one that will not smudge at all. It costs about ten pounds. The only way you will get it off is with Baby oil or similar. It's really good.

I get Lancome hypnose waterproof mascara for when I go on holiday. It never moves and allows me to even go snorkelling without the embarrassment of panda eyes. Mac is also good as the other lady suggests.  |
