webcam issue

can anyone help....

I have a in-built cam but when im chatting in the chat rooms it appears upside down... it only does it on this site any suggestions why and how i can sort ?

packard bell ALP Ajas c3 as i said it works normally on other sites n msn but appears upside on fab and its driving me nuts
