I just noticed that some one I have been peeving over on here is now 51 . Now when I joined 3 years ago I set my top age to 49' but have never changed it. And he was and is in my top 3 for peeving at
Guess I better up it now sigh.. Now I feel old.... |

Don't get peeved - get pervy.
I was born old but I realised my body was getting old a few years ago on the tube. I saw my hand holding onto the handles and I didn't recognise my hand as it looked old. It still catches me unawares sometimes.

When I hit 50 I lost my job, many get fired at 50, bought a pair of roller blades (never rolled before, always wanted to learn) took up Tae Kwon Do 4x a week and ever since I feel younger every year.
Of course 10x 10 pressups, 5x 10 situps, 10x 5 burpees and 5mins of fast knees up jogging much of me aches as it its tough to move at all this evening. |

That's nothing, the second time I started to feel old was today when I was told I probably have arthritis in my spine. I hate getting old. |

To be honest (on a serious note), a couple of years before i started college. The amount of shit i've been through and still going through is making me a bit too old beyond my years.
...i'm making up for it all now. Time to finally let my hair down and relax. But, can i really do that now?

Not so much feeling but became aware of my age at the London Olympics. Prior to then I had always been on speaking terms with 1 or 2 of the cyclists. At London the only 1 I knew was because I am friends with their dad...

When Titanic 3D was re-released in 2012, there were a bunch of teens who had NO IDEA the Titanic was actually real.
Lion king movie is nearly 20 years old.
When someone says “10 years ago” and we think of the 90s. 2003 does not seem like that long ago, and recognizing the fact that we’ve been in the 2000s for well over a decade is terrifying. Have we been living in a casino where there are no clocks in sight or do our watches tick so nonchalantly that we lose track of large amounts of time with ease.

You actually care about monitoring water and electricity use. I think that the instant you complain about someone turning on or taking too long of a shower, 12-year-old you watches from the past, shaking his or her head in disgust.
Rarely do you receive presents anymore, but when you do, the majority of the time they’re gift cards.

Talking to your workmates about 80's tv programmes, the realising "that was 25+ years ago".
Can't remember what you had for dinner the previous night, but you can remember a holiday you were on when you were much younger.

I play 5 a side every week and we usually just pick teams at random, but the other week somebody had the bright idea of playing 'old boys versus young uns' I fell on the old side of the coin and was devastated |

not gonna ruffle feathers and say im old.. im just 26..
but i did grow up when i had a child and was made responsible for running a household, taking responsibilities at work etc..
Being over weight has prematurely aged me, and hinders certain activities so there are times when i feel a a bit rusty. |

just after my son was born when i was 18, cought sight of my self in the mirror, my boobs were massive and saggy my tummy like a deflated balloon, varicose vein on my leg. i looked about 50.  |

I've never felt old just more aware, more confident and more assured. My body still seems to work as well as it did but being objective, probably slower than it did and my hair is going grey fast. I guess I'm sort of middle aged or muddle aged but I don't think it, act it or look it. But I may be wrong. |

I've had to start going forward again a coupla years ago cos I was heading back towards puberty and that was a pain in the arse to go through first time, I didn't want to do it backwards
Seriously though, I did feel a bit ancient when I had my hip replaced - fucks sake, that happens to pensioners not 40 somethings!!! |
