European Union Directive 211789-2010 paragraph 19 clearly states
"No bicycles allowed in zombie movies"
The makers of World War Z are in deep shit my friend. Truly deep shit. |

"World war z. Used bikes
Did it what proper bicycles with mud guards peddles and gears? "
They used them to bike from the bunker to the plane. Special forces always use bikes to cycle from the bunker to the plane. |

"Briefly but they were rubbish as the zombies in z are too fast. "
They are almost silent though and after a few months on one you would be near as fast as Wiggy and out run them for sure. |

Don't Zombies have an animus against bikes? The very sight of a Raleigh Burner incites them to the peak of violence. I may have this wrong. It may be BMX's that have a thing against Zombies. I'm not terribly well informed on this. |

"It's also well documented that most zombies fail the cycling proficiency test so are putting themselves at extreme risk by cycling whilst being undead"
We had one cycle round here a few years back although come to think of it it might have been a live pisses cyclist it was very erratic. |

That's why they used them in Z. The zombies were attracted to noise. Brad Pitt got killed when he ate a vindaloo and let out of huge pantie shredder |

"you cant use a bike to traverse zombie hordes!
you need a truck and a blueprint from the A-team "
You could do the silent thing though the hordes wouldn't you hear you as long as you didn't act a cock and ring your bell. |

Didn't Rick use one in the first season of WD? That zombie girl who had just her torso left was next to it.
IRL people would probably use bikes as cars will need petrol and aren't exactly quiet.
I'd bet that if a zombie situation happened and couldn't be contained, people would be straight to the dealerships to get their dream cars. Not thinking about the petrol usage.
I'll stay in my place for a few days and let everyone rush off elsewhere. That'll cause a lot of deaths anyways. |

"ET was in the basket of one but he wasn't a Zombie as such "
ET had a glowing finger that looked like it was an anal probe and could make a bicycle fly I don't see him ripping flesh from your throat. |

I had a Raleigh Burner when i was a kid, thought it was the best BMX until i saw BMX bandits with Nicole Kidman, then i wanted a Mongoose or a Diamond Back. |

I'd use horses for when the fuel reserves run dry, just as quiet as a bike, faster and able to go more places. Plus they can sense danger better than a bike and have built in weapons. |

We have plenty of zombie cyclist around here. At least I assume their zombies as their clearly the cycling, brain, dead. Their constantly riding through red traffic lights and using the pavements. |
