Insert one end slowly into your opening, then using two fingers gently pull your cheeks apart and gently push the remaining length inside...ta da you now have the whole mars bar in your mouth in one go  |

From an engineering point of view you could try filing a bit off the sides, use a lot of grease or copper slip. If that fails you could get some freeze spray and ice it so it shrinks, then get it in.
Or just beat fuck out of it with a large spanner in frustration. |
