I have just finished a stint of what turned out to be 41 consecutive night shifts, most of them spent working by myself, whilst new personnel were recruited!
I've almost forgotten what a day off was like, let alone 2 in succession. Plus, how do I socialise???
Suggestions on a postcard....
(No, I don't want to have a long sleep!).

"Treat yourself go for a nice relaxing massage, lunch somewhere nice then go buy yourself something pretty "
Kind of already thinking along those lines. my employers have paid me for all the holidays I couldn't take, plus all the extra days working each week. Looking at going into Reading today and mooching around shops. Am looking for a Tablet, so might treat myself to one! |

"Get ratarsed, pick up a hooker, go for a curry, then have breakfast.
What you do with the rest of the day is entirely up to you "
Well, two out of the four would be possible..... I don't drink alcohol and I'm allergic to spices, so I couldn't do the curry either.
But I have had an invite to a club tomorrow, so there's some good come out of it! Yippee! |

"Buy some flowers and give them to a random stranger. Just because you can. "
I have witness this. I was serving a customer who was buying two bunches of flowers. He asked for them to be wrapped separately. He then turned and gave a bunch to the lady behind him. She was shocked at such a simple gesture. But the smile on her face was priceless. And no they didn't know each other. She had simply commented how beautiful the flowers were.... |
