HELP please PC password problem

My Laptop wont accept my password - if I enter incorrectly I get the usual "The username or password is incorrect" BUT when I enter the correct one I get

"The User Profile Service failed the login.User profile cannot be loaded"

I dont want to go to a shop on account of photos!!!!!!

HELP please!!

I just typed that into google and a lot of stuff came up. You might wish to have a crack at that

that should fix it power up the laptop and keep press the "f8" to get to safe mode then pick administrator and login with that.

If this does not work then try the reload keep user data

Top tip for when you get it back up. Move all your dirty pics to cloud storage.

Or on an external hdd,with a password to hide that particular file,with all the pictures in.
