So I ran the Brighton marathon yesterday........wow I am bloody knackered today! Anyone else ever done one? Such a rush, keen for the next one! Hahaha |

You should have iced your legs and slept in a pair of tights it aids quick recovery  |

Well done, would definitely recommend the iced bath, compression tights recovery routine.
Yeah ran a few, plus a few ironmans and ultras. Brighton is a tough one if memory serves ?? |

Was hoping to do the london marathon this year but got rejected via the ballot, so did the hastings half marathon instead. Hope to finally get in to the london marathon next year or i might try Brighton. |
