i went from normal sim to micro sim ( does that sound right) - there are apps that do this - went from sim to phone the to phone to new sim ----- i think - im not the most techy lass |

What network are you on? Vodafone shops have a little box of tricks that they plug both phones in and transfer them for you. Otherwise good luck! Apple stuff is a pain in the arse to work with. I'll have a poke around on Mrs phone and see if I can help |

I did it that way and it worked. Sync all contacts to google account. Then add your gmail account to your iPhone and sync contacts it then brings then all across |

I did it that way and it worked. Sync all contacts to google account. Then add your gmail account to your iPhone and sync contacts it then brings then all across"
For some reason it won't sync as my android phone has no service |

Before you do anything back up your contacts (there will be an option somewhere), plug into your pc and copy the .vcf file to your PC. That will give you a standard format file you can access in an emergency. I know bugger all about an iPhone, wouldn't touch one with a barge pole, but I bet you can upload your vcf file and restore it to the iPhone directory/sim.
ps, note to everybody, back your effing directories up to your PC regular like - nothing worse than a lost contact list. |
