Whats your idea of one?
Mine are generally quite bland and boring.. iceberg lettuce, cucumber, grated carrot,baby potatos, boiled egg, beetroot and either some ham/chicken or prawns.
not a fan of salad dressings

Chuck some avocado, pistachio nuts and a drizzle of lemon juice to that mix. |

I had this the day, was delish
Quinoa, Red Cabbage, Beetroot, Edamame Beans, Roasted Root Vegetables, Feta Cheese, Chestnut Mushrooms, Black Olives,
Baby Cress and toasted Sesame seeds and a piece of hot smoked salmon
I never made it though, was eating out |

Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, chilli, pickled onion, mushroom, olive and gherkin. A
light dressing of olive oil or mustard vinaigrette and a nice big chicken kiev perched on the top yum yum.

I like a crunchy salad so red and white cabbage. Other salad leaves don't agree with me
I put all sorts in my salads, cheese, ham, chicken, sweet corn, chorizo, garlic sausage, sardines etc
I bought some stuff from aldi that has milled flax seed and goji berries in it which is supposed to be super healthy |

all sounds good, i like grated cheese and boiled egg low calorie sallad cream.
radishes, red peppers, and vine tomatoes. also cottage cheese and sliced apple. |

Lettuce.. cucumber, baby toms, celery, cress, peppers, onion.
a boiled egg and a bit of tuna or some ham!
Little bit of chilli dressing or a lemon dressing
And all is good.
Some times add a few new potatos. |
