A few people I've spoken to on here say they're surprised by my voice, that they were expecting something more guttural and chavvy - surely Coventry doesn't have such a reputation? |

Northern Irish, don't like the soft lilty Irish, I like the clipped tones of Northern Ireland. Edinburgh quite sexy too. And love Lancashire, very friendly sounding. |

I love most accents, geordie, black country, london, scouse, manc, different south west. A tough masculine blokes voice in northern or southern works, but would probably vote in favour of northern. |

Australian , Northern Irish, Scottish, Northern - in fact I just like accents full stop !

I know some people find it harsh, but I think a nice Northern Irish is beautiful.
Also like southern Irish too and Scottish.
I'm not good at speaking Welsh myself, but I hear women speaking it regularly and it can sound divine with a nice accent. I rember melting when a woman said "goodnight love" in Welsh to me years ago (love/sweetheart is "Cariad").
I'm aware this is very Celtic-centric! I think Geordie would probably be my favourite English one, or a softer Merseyside one.
