Watchin Eastenders at the mo and in Sharon's new bar her cocktails are very dear I don't drink so don't know if that's the norm £9.25 was price of one.....

They can be that sort of price in London. How trendy is her new bar? If they are sticking to modelling Albert Square on Fassett Square then that is about right for a cocktail.

Someone I know on facebook went into Manchester the other week and she was moaning that a beer and a wine were £17, we all assumed she meant a bottle of wine, but no it was a glass!

If your daft enough to pay it,then there are people willing to charge it.....

Just price up a bottle of water in some of the "CITY" bars.

Last time we went out we had a cocktail before going for a meal and it was about £10 each drink and most of it was just ice

Not if they are basing it on the Fassett Square area (Dalston). I know the researchers and writers were wandering around last year to update the image of Albert Square.
