The more i try to think of other stuff the more i end up thinking of the nightmare..
Just dont wanna fall back asleep to the same dream n be locked in that situation/reality until i can wake up |

get up - make a brew - totally turn your mind to something bland - play some music - read soemthing trivial (lol come on the forum) - seriously though this was me a few weeks ago and i can still feel the fear from it - hugs xxx |
