If you're concerned about any of those things then just say no. No one can say why she wants to play bare, any of those reasons are possibilities.

Sometimes the easiest answer is the right one - she wants it. We can't know and it's not worth spending energy on potential meets who aren't right for us - decide and meet those who you do want.
