"its annoying especialy where we live because there are animals on the road."
there are animals on the road everywhere lol
i generally stick to speed limits too, even on motorways.
im all about fuel preservation now, rather than getting somewhere as quickly as possible, as is shown by getting 45mpg out of a 2 litre diesel rover 75, easily, and early 50's on a run.
that said, its really funny the mentality of people. i am happy sitting at 30 all day every day, if thats the limit, however, not if im behind someone else doing 30 lol.
thats said, i get annoyed when people dont actually do the limit.
even though its a maximum, not a target, if the road is in good order, visibility is fine, and the conditions are good, i see no reason why anyone would drive slower |

The speed limit is set for a reason.
Money has been spent on that particular area working out the limit. They have also researched into the difference in survival rates for pedestrians hit at 20mph and 30 mph.
Ive been nailed too many times in my younger days for breaking the limit, it was way before you had speed awareness courses, but Ive learned my lesson.
Imagine going to prison for driving too fast? What if you kill someone and have to live with that forever?
For the sake of getting where your going as quick as you can. Not worth it |

Are you sure it's a 30 zone? If everybody's overtaking you, to the point where it's annoying you, something's not right.
The amount of people you see doing 30 mph on A roads is ridiculous. |
