Maybe it's the way I've been bought up - if I'm a guest in someones house, I take a small gift - in swinging, it's usually a bottle of wine. I gave a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon once and it was called 'Fab Cab' which I thought was apt. |

I think if they ask for gifts or money ....... people should see the signs and say no . As should not be on here if its there job and only here for what they can get from people . Report .... as some mug could really get taken to the cleaners for a lot of money . It should not come into swinging, Lets say a person into this could have a field day here .. some lonely person no joy from his mail but could if he payed for this and that no its not on . |

A gift is always appreciated but I've never asked for one. I took a gift for a man taking me to a party and have in the past been given a bottle of wine.
Many guys recoil at the thought of a social so can imagine how they would react at being told to bring a gift. |
