I prefer mine with white or 50/50 bread, toasted, cooled so that when buttered on one side it does not melt the butter, French mustard on the other side, bacon has to be smoked streaky fried until quite crispy, sufficient to cover the bread fully, freshly ground pepper, yum yum!  |
