It has been suggested that those caught in dogging areas have a penalty fixed to their road tax of 25% for 3 years to 'discourage public lewd behaviour'. I knew at some point they'd try to tax sex! |

Quite right too, I heard it was going to be extended to any car seen parking at it near swingers clubs. Apparently its like vat they reckon the more sex you have the more tax you should be paying. I thing its only fitting that those of us enjoying ourselves more should pay more.
