Waste of time shedding 10 lbs is far more effective for most and if you have a prob getting it up see your doc. |

Same goes shed some lbs get to the gym and you will have far more umph pills and potions with fuck knows what in bought off the net can be dangerous. |

There is no uumph, you either can get an effective erection or you can't, see your GP if you can't. Isn't a stigma. No drug will make you a better lover, sorry  |
