Blooming internet and landline provider are rubbish!
Been on the phone for 1.5 hours and still haven't managed to get our fault sorted out! I've even been transferred to a completely different company
I'm loosing my patience very quickly!
Currently on hold..... Again!

Ive been cursing virgin for 4 days,not strictly their fault, someone dug through a cable while digging up a road and knocked out all our access, but so frustrating,they did their best and I think we'll get a month free
It finally came back today and I love them again......for now!

TALK TALK... are a pile of shite. I moved house get a shit internet connection.... cos of hills n too much open space around.
theyve dug up the road out the front and now the land line isnt working!!! |

Had a PC problem yesterday and have the Knowhow support package. Got a guy on cam who sorted out the issue in 5 minutes. Totally brilliant service and well worth the £120 it cost for 3 years cover.
The issue with many big companies is customer service is seen as a cost and there is no investment in having enough people who are properly trained. The majority are a shambles. |

theyve dug up the road out the front and now the land line isnt working!!! " Yes I know the service you get from talk talk as I am a customer to.. call centres in india, the phillipines,
etc etc communication can be hard, this package deal with the pre view box and control all (for free) even the engineer comeing out but I was,t paying £50 for another power point the line manager who to me sounded either chinese or one of those asian races did his best to explain to me what a great deal it was only haveing to buy one power adaptor from a local electrical store because talk talk did not provide them so the engineer could atach this to the cable he was going to bring with him i found out shortly that i needed two adaptor plugs so i had to cancel the call out and double check it had been cancelled or else i would have been liable for a bill if he arrived i never take chances with talk talk and anyway who needs a pre view box its all installed in the tv,s now days I am seriously thinking of going over to plusnet have no idea of prices on there thou.... |

package. |

Our internet has been shocking for months with EE, got even worse the last few weeks, hours on the phone and hardly anything achieved! Apart from a new box (eventually after speaking to someone in a shop who understood English) and a month free on all our ee products (Andy got iPad and iPhone with them). And i was just like 'fanf**kingtastic!!!' (really sarcastically) when Andy got off the phone. Then added firmly but calmly that we still don't have proper internet though!!!!
