Is your body a temple or a takeaway?

This weekend it has been a temple to the world of takeaway and junk.
As of Monday, well when I wake up around 4pm (last night shift), it will be a temple to sweet potato, spinach and various proteins for 3 weeks, until I go on holiday and blow 6 months of hard work in 1 week!! |

Then I'll send you my recipe for salmon and sweet potato fishcakes. Totally amazing!! Lol. My bad week started Tuesday when I had 'new ink and pizza' day, and then went on nights, so it just went to hell from there!! |

Mine (mr) used to be the takeaway option as well as the restaurant and the all you can eat buffet.
Now it's a shrine to good food and keeping a close eye on everything I eat. It has to have value or it's pointless eating it. Years of abusing myself with junk food and drink gave me big health issues which am now trying to rectify. |

I turned everything around three years ago - because up to that point the fact I had even made it to forty was a miracle.
Now things are far more Zen Temple than takeaway, though there are still parts of the Kebab Hut that need to be demolished.
Thankfully, my new lifestyle still allows for rampant fornication |

Temple, I try and cycle as much as I can plus I do a bit of gym work. I don't think I'll ever reach six pack level but I think there is hope for slim toned guys.
I like looking after myself it's a great way to de-stress. |
