So I phoned my mobile provider today...as I've got no signal in my house....to leave and go to another provider..so I was put through to their technical support who said we can send you a signal booster for £101. I almost spit out my coffee and declined and said I'm ending my contract.....well after a long conversation I got a signal booster box free and an upgrade with £15 off a month...I just hope it bloody works...what has been your best deal?  |

T crap mobile....they tried to sell me broadband 5 times lol.....he did various tests and upgraded certain things....the conclusion was that the signal was still shit...so he sighed and said I'll give you the box..put me through to upgrade as I'm out of contract and they gave me £15 off a month |

It shows they will do a lot to keep a good customer good to see someone tough if out with them and not pay what they asked for. |

Well done you! I rang to end my broadband contract and try and get fibre optic cos it went up to £25 a month and I was paying for my phone line separately which was £18...I rang around Christmas time, after a long conversation he ended up giving me both my line rental and the same broadband package for £7.50 a month and also chucked in £20 worth of credit as a Christmas present! Sometimes it's worth giving these companies a call...my first bill comes out at the end of this month cos I've been in credit for the past two! Result! |
