Are you an Untidy person?

I confess at times my bedroom is like a warzone, but the rest of the house is usually tidy...and I really dislike an untidy kitchen, it makes my brain fart.

Yes, but I try hard not to be untidy. So things are generally in reasonable order. I have too much 'stuff' in my life and definitely need to clear some out

I'm tidy. Have to be tidy. Fold everything according to colours/shape/sizes and similarities. Have compartments in my drawers for socks, boxers and belts. Then a hidden one for my condoms lol.

...if my room isn't tidy or organised it's as though my life is out of control. I'd be in a proper bad mood if someone touches my stuff and messes up the way i arrange things.

Everything has to be straight and in order.

Basically, i'm weird.

I dread pulling the sofas out. Never know what will be under them. I like the smell of my house after spring cleaning

My living room is always clean and tidy, it's the only room in the house that's 'finished' The rest is work in progress so looks untidy even when it's not.

I am a very tidy person but my bedroom would be the untidiest, I don't like putting clothes away and leave them in a pile, tho granted its a tidy pile on a chair in my walk in wardrobe bit.

Oh and the cloakroom is untidy with an overload of coats on the pegs

I just watch that 'Hoarders' programme on tv and say to myself actually everything all looks clean and tidy so take day off.

I am trying to keep on top of the ironing tho as I do at least 5 loads of washing a day :-/

I did read somewhere that if your house is a mess just keep a few 'Get well soon' cards on your mantlepiece and visitors will think you've been too poorly to clean lol

I'm obsessively tidy and organised. Unfortunately I am also a compulsive collector and I have way too much stuff for too little space.

The upshot is my house is a mess and I can't get it tidy and organised. It's actually gradually driving me mad.

I am very tidy. All my stuff is stacked neatly right up to the ceilings. The tunnels between rooms are kept clear enough so that you can get through on your hands and knees. I do laundry every month even if I wore my knickers less than 31 times.

no matter

I was way more tidy when the kids were young and my OH had a proper job..easier to do and actually felt house proud.

since he now works from home and drops stuff in any room he happens to be in (except mine) I have given up .. 4pairs of shoes in the kitchen yesterday tools etc on all kitchen surfaces.

why bother no one visits anyway.

so answer is I clean if he is away ..

Im a tidy person. I like things to be clean, tidy and organised.

My bedroom, the kitchen, bathroom and livingroom get cleaned and tidied every day, usually a few times a day thanks to three minions making mess all the time. Their room gets done every few days, ive given up trying to keep it organised!

Lx

Yeah clean kitchen is a must, the rest of the place, as long as it's clean, I don't mind a bit of clutter and untidyness.

I couldn't live in a house where everything has to be put away and it's like an operating room. I like the cosy lived in feel to a place.

No I'm not and I'm having a new kitchen fitted and struggling to cope with boxes around the house; it might be tidy but it's still a mess
