So, a bit of a moan lol
I call in to a well known tyre place as my offside rear has gone down. I have to go to this particular place as my car is a lease vehicle.
so the lad looks at my tyres and says yes I can order you a tyre for next week as we dont keep that in stock. There follows a silence. I am now looking at him with a young child by my side and say well have I a puncture? He says yes its a puncture.
I say, well what do I do between now and next week then? He says you can try the other of our places if you want. I say well what happens if i get there and they havent got one in stock? He just looks at me blankly.
I say how about if its possible you could ring your other branches to see if they have one instock? I dont want to be driving around witha child and a flat tyre now do I?
So he rings around and I am now in the waiting area of another branch.
Every time I come to get my tyres sorted it is like pulling teeth ffs.

Strangely enough I have got to this one and I need another 2 tyres changing too!

I deliver tyres and kwik fit order daily and get deliveries daily.
the company i work for is owned by the same company that now own kwik Fit.
Id ask to see the manager for an explanation |
