This is any penis that is smaller than 2.8 inches whilst stretched.
Micropenis is caused by the male baby’s penis failing to elongate after the first trimester of pregnancy.
The cause of this is thought to be a hormonal problem. Specifically, it is thought to be due to insufficient levels of testosterone, a male sex hormone.
The inadequate levels of testosterone may come as a result of inadequate production of testosterone during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy; or as a result of the unborn child not responding to the produced testosterone |

Wonder what would happen if some bright spark injected the mum with testosterone? In a comedy universe she would be that busy growing an unseasonable tache (unless it is November, then full marks) that she forgot to give the nod to the foetus in the right trimester and he ends up with a micropenis.  |

I was at a event and a lady handed me her partners leash whilst she went to the bathroom.
Slightly puzzled to begin with, I was even more puzzled when he lifted up his pink tutu to reveal it was attached to his micro penis. I didn't know what to do or say. |
