I have noticed a lot of age related things on here..I just read a profile that had in capitals 'NO OVER 40's! ..Without looking any further I quickly realised that this was a young couple who think that anyone 40 or over is either dead, close too death, or extremley wrinkled...Little do they realise that very soon, and a lot quicker than they think that they will be 40, think they still look fab and like I did think, 'ohh thanks' to you I am dead now!!! What are your thoughts on age and sex????? |

you're right my body isn't how it was when I was in my twenties or thirties, however it does what it should and no one has thrown a cloth over me when I've unveiled ......yet!  |

age is nothing more than a number but obviously we have age restrictions on here due to the volume of message but if we are at a club we never ask age.

My body is better now than it was in my 20's and 30's, I was like a beanpole then and had no shape so what you say isnt always the case. |

I'm similar. I was ridiculously skinny when I was late teens/early twenties. I'm a much better shape now. |

amazingly when YOUNG single guys post threads about people not being interested they are lambasted by "I wouldnt shag someone my sons age" nonsense....
I say nonsense in the manner that on this scene i find many people attractive to have sex with...and have friendship..I may or may not have them fully in my life...just like they wouldnt me.
To me a 20 year old is pretty young..but then, they might be more mature than some of the 50 year olds...
some 50 years olds will give anyone younger a run for their money at being sexier/acting sexier

I dont think you can infer much from people's stated limitations other than that outside of those they have no interest at present. They may vary this, but we can all thank others who are really clear on things, as this can stop us wasting our time, as well as their own. Sometimes we can become very exacting about what we want, knowing just what will work for us today. Maybe we are tired of certain activities, groups of people or want to explore something new - there is lots of choice for us all. That is even if we decide to stick with more of the same. I often do spring cleaning and move on from what is stale or no longer valid for me, feeling fresher and eager to explore. But it wont be nice for someone trying to push me, I move at my own pace, clearing a path that is right for me. Sex after getting to 100 must be possible, I am just not putting my mind there just now. |

You can't make yourself want to fuck someone you don't fancy! I'm fussy myself when it comes to sex and age - too far in the old OR young direction doesn't do it for me!! I don't have an age restriction on my filters though, some old folk look younger and some young folk look older!!  |

It's not really any different from us (generally not everyone) thinking most young people are too young. I personally don't want to shag an 18 year old for a variety of reasons which they might well believe unfair and they might be right. |

Not really.
If someone's preference whilst under 40 is to meet other under 40's then I doubt they feel they're missing out.
No doubt as they age their choices will move in line with their own age.
The 'missing out' line usually gets quoted when someone is being excluded due to a preference. It's personal choice and something that like any other preference - sexuality, race, size - should simply be respected.

I'd prefer to meet people around my own age. I met a couple last year similar to me and their music was awesome (as was the sex lol). I don't bother contacting people outside my age range as a warning comes up. My age range is fixed. I'm flexible in many ways but when you read my profile (look at me!) you will see. |

Met a guy who claims he's 40, but when I met him he looked around 55.

Being over 40 and overweight I have to have sex with younger,fit men or nothing will happen. We cant both lay there like a sack of spuds. There are older exceptions of course,some 40+ men have given me a good workout. I do find in general that under 40s are more adventurous and active though |

At 53 the thought of sex with someone the same as my children is abhorrent to me. Also as a Domme, my playmates are a certain type...youngsters are not it.

Younger people not wanting to meet people old enough to be their parents is surely no different from all the parents who don't want to meet people young enough to be their children - its still just a preference.
I'm older than I've ever been, bigger than I've ever been, more confident than I've ever been and having the best sex I have ever had (with people of widely varying ages) and long may it continue!! |
