"How long do they last? I did a few last Saturday for salads etc and have 2 left - will they be OK tomorrow? Z"
Ask Edwina Currie.
Only way to find out is eat them. |

I routinely keep cooked food in the fridge for a full week without any issues.
However, each to their own.
Make sure you have some Loperamide (such as Immodium) preparation to hand, and go for it! |

from my hens laying egg to my cooking it may be three weeks or more so they can keep for quite a while
never tried keeping a boiled egg that long, but if it's gone bad you'll know....it'll smell!!!! |

If the egg is boiled while still in its shell, and there is no evidence of any cracks on the shell, then the contents inside is effectively sterilised.
Providing it is hard boiled then it should last for a week or more!
