Barbeques, definitely. Just feeling the sun on my face is lovely.
Being able to get outside so I can work on some projects that have been waiting for dry weather.
Planting a section of garden to attract bees and butterflies.

I am looking forward to lots of things....
My birthday
Easter and half term as we have sone time off together and plan to do some family day outs.
Now spring has arrived I get to spend more time in the garden and am already planning on what I am going to plant this year.
Payday so we can buy some concert tickets

Summer and holidays in the sun ...... and being with my family and friends . Going to the Beach swimming in the sea and making lovely picnics And having meals outside. Also showing with the horses Having lovely flowers in my garden seeing it all look full of colours. x |

Long days when it's light until late into the evenings.

Looking forward to watching some plants we planted last year come up. Planting the carrots and broad beans. Re painting the gazebo to freshen it up. Then sitting in the garden in the sunshine reading my kindle under my parasol. Barbecue's with wine. Days at the beach with the dog, spending time with my husband. |

Not being cold
Hanging the washing out to dry instead of having round the house
Cheaper gas bills
Sitting on the patio having breakfast, may not be a fantastic one and in need of repair but its outside in the sun |

Shaving the beard off - it kept the chin warm in winter but is going to look silly when it gets hot.
Longer daylight hours.
Everyone being less muffled up. Sunshine tends to mean more figure flattering clothes ( or absence of them! ) |

I'm looking forward to summer, I don't like cold weather and I don't like winter clothes.
