well id make a guess on this and say that she doesn't want to meet, saying not sure probably seems a softer way of saying it.
Your remarks about 'charming her as much as you can' indicate that you've put on the smooth talking, probably plied her with loads of compliments etc instead of just being yourself and chatting naturally.

Suppose it depends on how long you have been chatting. Sometimes I might decide in a couple of messages and others it takes a bit longer.
Either carry on chatting and see what happens or tell them to get in contact with you once they have thought it over.

Ah... I need to read the whole thread. What's app for a then leave it a few days and ask if they want to meet? So you don't text for a while then ask or chat for a few days then ask with no major break? I've had guys message for a couple of days, we both decide we might want to meet then don't hear anything for days/weeks then get a message asking when are we meeting. I know it's not the guys place to 'chase' but often my message is the last, possibly asking a question, and I don't get a reply until the can we meet one. |

To be honest, you do know were you stand. They aren't sure so keep chatting and go from there. I've been chatting to some women here for over a year and yes I want to meet them but I understand it will happen if and when it happens and if it doesn't happen, you've made a mate along the way, simple. |

So you exchanged a few messages then got a number for whatsapp. Then you went quiet for a little while before suddenly asking for a meet. When she said she wasn't sure you didn't reply and haven't messaged since?
Is that accurate because it seems to be what you're saying.
Not much chat to get to know her or for her to get comfortable, a sudden request for a meet and when she didn't jump at the offer you didn't message again.
That sounds rather like you expect things completely on your terms with no regard for what the woman wants. |
