was thinking at the weekend how much I love my job but im so exhausted come Friday that all I want to do is sleep at the weekend,change of job?? perhaps but I wouldn't know what to do and feel too old to retrain |

Ironically, gentle exercise can give you more energy. Having things to do (ahem) to fill up your time will help. I find if I slob about on the beach all day doing nothing, then I sleep loads too. A vicious circle. Your job may only be one aspect. Could be an underlying medical cause? Could be you're bored stiff with your job....you're never too old to retrain to do anything. Things may take longer but never, never, never give up. |

" im not bored stiff with my job I love it,it just doesn't seem to love me at the moment,your right as well must make an effort when not working

That might be why it feels too much - it is at the moment. Try and get a sense of how long that will continue and then plan around that.
A break doesn't have to mean going away but allowing yourself some space to do things you want to get done.

That might be why it feels too much - it is at the moment. Try and get a sense of how long that will continue and then plan around that.
A break doesn't have to mean going away but allowing yourself some space to do things you want to get done.
