Apart from pain relief not a lot, some people swear by meditation, yoga or acupuncture but cant say it helps me. Chinese axe oil (not for axes!) On the temples works quite well for me x |

Depends on cause of headache.
Start with lots of water. Make sure you have eaten. Fresh air.
Take over the counter painkillers. I take imigram but I get migraines so that always works when nothing else does. You can buy it over counter with pharmacist consultation. Its expensive but works.
Otherwise...acupuncture...and massage help too....
And sleep.... |

Lavender water works for some. If you've got lavender in your garden, or get some dried, put some into a saucepan with water, boil it up, cool it and use on a flannel on your forehead. |
