V's sister and her fella got wasted last night, to the point they have only just seen the light of day.

she is now at V's feeling sorry for herself, he is back in the pub.

nothing to do with the black stuff either

anything with alcohol in it is enough for them

Does anyone actually LIKE Guinness?

As in, drink it as their regular pint? Not just on special occasions like today or a brewery trip to Dublin.

I really like Guinness, but most pubs either can't or don't keep it properly and don't sell enough so that it is fresh.

I recently went to Dublin, and on returning, tried a pint in an Irish pub renowned for it's good ales, stouts and porters - it just wasn't the same

Not really, but I think you have to drink it for the same reason you have sprouts at Christmas..... It's the law!

Guinness is my favourite winter pint. I prefer something lighter in the summer

Yep, I only drink Guinness, lager is too gassy for me and I'm not a fan of bitters, if we go out and there's no Guinness on the pumps ill drink orange juice instead

Yes i drink it, and after serving several thousand pints of it over the years at Cheltenham festival it annoys the feck out of me when ppl call it 'the black stuff', when it's really ruby red!
