mine would be I bought the novelty song by "moris minor and the majors" called stutter rap... but I was a kid at the time and I thought it was funny.... found it on youtube the other day.... it isn't!!!

In the middle of my quite awesome vinyl collection, I have Faith by George Michael

For my defense, it was a present and I never get rid of presents...

Worst most embarrassing? Or worst just plain awful?

I've bought quite a few albums based on having heard one song or on my experience of/the reputation of the artist. Some have been dire. It's going to be an unpopular statement but Ten by Pearl Jam was a disappointment. Bigger Better Faster More by 4 Non Blondes was poor.

In terms of embarrassing, I have several guilty pleasures including several soundtracks, the Spice Girls, N'Sync, SClub7...

Ju bought me a Kylie Minogue album for Christmas a few years ago. It has never been played. God only knows why she thought I'd like it.

How do you know you don't if you've never listened to it?

Fair point.

I can't see myself digging it out to give it a go though.

I don't think I've ever bought an album I'd consider criminal, and at first I couldn't think of a single but then a memory squirmed up from the depths and started prodding my cerebrum (no Funky, that's not a pervy thing so don't fap)...Je suits un Rock Star by Bill Wyman

Thanks Fabio, it's gonna take me some serious therapy to rebury this repressed memory

Costa Blanca Spain...

I think the term "criminal record" for a shite album started on the Stanley Baxter show. He used to do a spoof of the old Edgar Lustgarten mysteries and one of his gags was "He was found to have a criminal record, a Nana Miskouri album" Nuff said.
