Beef sausage meat formed in a square (6cm x 6cm - 1cm thick) fried or grilled - should be done so crusty both sides, but meat juicy and moist inside.

Tattie scone - potato based pancake - triangle in shape - for best results - fry it both sides.

Morning roll is a "bun" made from a specific type of dough that when it is baked leaves it slightly chewy (but is normally crusty on top - and not so dense in dough inside)

All put together - with optional red sauce - heaven! Washed down with tea (or Irn-brew

)
