Sex relieves pain. Having sex can help to decrease pain, including headaches and menstrual cramps. Orgasms help to promote endorphins, the body’s natural painkiller and can relieve discomfort throughout the body.
Sex makes you snooze better promoting deep, restful sleep. So the next time you can’t seem to stay asleep, try having sex instead of reaching for a sleeping aid. It might just give you the z’s you are looking for (after the act, that is!).
