Aw jeez not already!!! I get the tree pollen then the grass pollen so it's a long summer... Thank feck there's hardly any trees where I live now ... Used to get a jag for mine ... Kenalog 20mg some docs will give it some won't but almost instant relief for three months

Oh I'm the same dropped to the shops and was asked are u ok as it looks like I am crying , eyes streaming I hate it thank god for antihistamines

Mine is worse when I am inland. By the sea it doesn't affect me in the same way.

Be careful with taking antihistamines all the time as they can cause bone thinning.
