Twice in 2 days I've struggled to get on fab with my mobile. It comes up with adult content restricted or locked or some thing. I've had my phone with T mobile a year and it's been unlocked for adult content so why now does it keep messing about. Did it a couple of weeks ago for couple of hours then just righted itself. Any ideas  |

Yes I had that, I phoned my phone company as I had already had it unlocked, they told me to switch the phone off for half an hour, hope it works for you. |

Had that problem with a work phone once, luckily we had a customer who's site was marked as adult content, so gave me a reason to request adult content blocking to be removed  |

Virgin are up to the same thing - they piggyback over the T-Mobile network.
There is a problem with the database that runs part of the back end authentication. My account loses adult sites when the back end database reverts to the original number my SIM came with before I ported my number over.
I've complained and complained about it to no avail. |

I turned my phone off and on the other week and it didn't work but it did the trick yesterday and today but it can wind you up a bit when you get an email so you check fab and can't get on ha ha not always perving honest

We have had the same thing . Been hAppening more and more and can.be annoying !!!! Had to phone them and get it sorted more than once recently ! It's getting embarrassing now lol ..... Sure they think I'm a perv !!!  |

If any of you are on Virgin, download the 'My Account' app. If you lose adult content, fire this up and note the phone number on the top corner - if its not your phone number chances are thats why the AC filters kicked in. |

I've had it on and off for the past two months, gets annoying when your waiting for a message... To the stage I went into store and he had to reset my phone as they couldn't tell me why it was doing it as it was unlocked on their system x |
