1. Waking up before 6am and not getting back to sleep.

2. Having to fill in a lot of tedious form.

Trying to get a docs appointment,told me the soonest available appointment would be over a week's time when I told them that was not good enough, the receptionist said I should have booked sooner to which I replied I was not I'll then Grrrrr, ok I'll get the doctor to ring you, and she did and told be to there asap ffs so why could the receptionist not just do that
