For me - just throw a tent in the back of the car and take off in the general direction of West Wales....
Just find a place to laze and not be able to worry about a thing... bliss!
I've done my travelling, I just want simple pleasures now...

No but I'd rather have lots of lovely days out than spend a week away.
I buy unlimited passes to the zoo at the beginning of each summer that's about £100 (for 2 different zoos) for my son and I and we can go as often as we like, plus days out to the aquarium etc. If I forked out for a proper holiday id not be able to afford to do anything else.
So at his age (3) days out are better for us x |

we stayed at la costa backadora last year  but this year we are going back to cuba with friends and our daughter and her family.. can't wait till 22 june!!! |

Prestatyn for a week, and some camping too.
I'm also hoping for a week on the islands of Venice but I'm waiting for a surgery date so can't commit to anything yet.
Prestatyn and the possible Venice trip will be courtesy of the Sun, if not for the caravan hols it would all be camping this year. |

Prestatyn with a friend at the end of the month, then a week on the south coast with MrWho and the kids. Neither costing a great deal more than petrol and spends.
Next year, all being well, our passports will be being dusted off!! |

Turkey in May. It will probably be my last ever holiday abroad, due to my declining health. I'm getting help at both airports with wheelchairs and access to the plane, then I just wanna lozz by the pool and beach and watch my son at the waterparks. |
